Quiet location and friendly host made my stay easier.
The shower was weak. The carpets in the bathroom were concerning. They felt very outdated and I couldn't shake the worry about hygiene. The general smell in the hallways from food cooking was quite unpleasant, which certainly detracted from my stay.

The location was comfortable, close to bars and pubs. There were several bars and pubs nearby. We stayed in a queen room complete with the bathroom, TV, for example. Truly enjoyed that it was spotless.

The room offered a cozy bed, a large fridge, and plenty of kitchenware, comfortable and convenient. The really clean space contributed greatly to my experience. The location was a winner too, just walking distance from shops and restaurants. I appreciated the flexibility of the staff, especially when I had to make last-minute changes to my itinerary. The room had carpet in the shower area. The television in my room didn't work, and the fridge was unplugged. Despite these minor inconveniences, the good value for money was great.

I was given a larger family room than I booked, a nice surprise. The amenities in the room were great. It had a large fridge, plates and cutlery. A hairdryer.
The winding staircase to the rooms was a bit of a hassle, especially with luggage. The shower pressure was weaker than I'd prefer, and there were no decaf options available for tea or coffee. Plus, the milk sachets had curdled, never a pleasant sight. The hallways had an odd smell of cooked food, which lingered a bit, though it wasn't completely off-putting.

The room was spacious and equipped with a cozy bed, plenty of kitchenware, and even a large fridge. Immaculate cleanliness was a highlight, and the convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants was a big plus. The shower pressure was disappointingly weak, and some of the hallways had an odd lingering smell that detracted from the experience. Having fresh-baked scones available was a good treat.
